Job Summary:
Join our expanding logistics team as a Distribution Center Associate in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is essential for the smooth operation of our distribution center, handling a variety of tasks related to the movement and storage of goods. You will be involved in receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every step. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload incoming shipments.
  • Stock shelves and organize inventory accurately.
  • Pick items for orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
  • Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and documentation.
  • Operate various warehouse equipment safely.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area, following Safety protocols.
  • Participate in inventory management and cycle counts.
  • Adhere to all PPE requirements and company Safety standards.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations.
  • Commitment to workplace Safety and the correct use of PPE.
