We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our dynamic logistics team in Provo, Utah. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting products from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. This role is crucial to our supply chain operations, ensuring that our customers receive the correct items in a timely manner. You will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing a scanner or picking list to locate and retrieve items. Strong attention to detail is a must, as accuracy directly impacts customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Verify product information, quantities, and quality before picking.
- Repackage items as needed for shipment.
- Stage picked orders for shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, if required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand pick lists and labels.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to perform frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Commitment to Safety in all tasks.
