Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on warehouse machinery and equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
  • Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
  • Ensure all equipment is operated safely and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations, including the use of appropriate PPE.
  • Assist with the installation of new equipment.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and order replacements as needed.
  • Contribute to a safe and efficient warehouse environment.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or apprenticeship preferred.
  • Proven experience in maintaining and repairing industrial equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
  • Proficiency in diagnostic tools and techniques.
  • Experience with forklifts and other material handling equipment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Commitment to safety and the proper use of PPE.
