Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Receive and put away incoming inventory.
- Operate various warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts if certified).
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent tracking.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is beneficial.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safety and the use of PPE.
- Flexibility to work different shifts if needed.
