Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Warehouse Coordinator to oversee daily operations at our Madison, Wisconsin facility. This role is critical for ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our logistics processes. You will be responsible for managing inventory levels, coordinating the movement of goods, supervising warehouse staff, and ensuring all safety protocols are followed. Key duties include overseeing receiving and shipping operations, managing stock rotation, optimizing warehouse layout, and resolving operational issues. A strong understanding of warehouse management systems and logistics best practices is essential. You must be committed to maintaining a safe working environment, including enforcing the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for all team members. This role may involve moderate lifting (up to 40 pounds) and requires strong leadership and communication skills.   • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to perform moderate lifting (up to 40 pounds).
  • Commitment to a safe work environment and enforce PPE usage.
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
