We are looking for a dedicated Distribution Center Associate to join our team in Miami, Florida. This role is crucial for maintaining the smooth flow of goods within our logistics network. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving inventory, stocking shelves, picking and packing customer orders, and preparing shipments for departure. Accuracy and efficiency are key as you help manage our product flow. A strong emphasis is placed on workplace safety, and all employees are required to follow strict guidelines and utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as instructed. This physically demanding role requires the ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds, as well as prolonged standing, walking, and bending. Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is beneficial, but we are willing to train motivated individuals. You will work collaboratively with a team to meet operational goals and contribute to a positive work environment. - Willingness to adhere to safety standards and wear PPE.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods.
