About
We are seeking enthusiastic Fulfillment Associates for our busy distribution center in St. Louis, Missouri. This role is central to our ability to meet customer demands, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be an integral part of our logistics network, handling a variety of tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Verify order accuracy before sealing and labeling packages.
- Prepare shipments for outgoing logistics, including carrier manifesting.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or dollies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Meet or exceed daily productivity and quality targets.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock put-away.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to resolve issues and improve processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to read and interpret order information.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks including standing, walking, and moderate Lifting for extended periods.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Dedication to Safety and adherence to all guidelines.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts as needed.
- Basic computer proficiency.
