Job Summary:
Join our team as a Warehouse Associate in Des Moines, Iowa, and play a key role in our logistics network! This position involves a variety of essential warehouse tasks, including receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments. We are looking for a reliable individual with a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to perform physical duties, including lifting. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and verify incoming shipments against orders.
  • Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
  • Accurately pick items for customer orders using pick lists or scanners.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipping.
  • Prepare shipments for transport, including labeling and staging.
  • Operate manual warehouse equipment like pallet jacks and hand trucks.
  • Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock checks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including mandatory PPE usage.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets.

Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
  • Ability to perform lifting up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
  • Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of general warehouse safety practices.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
