Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick products based on customer orders with precision.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Follow all established safety guidelines, including proper use of PPE.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet production and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
- Capacity for consistent lifting, up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics setting.
- Commitment to safety protocols and best practices.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
