As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Your duties will include picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. You will work with various warehouse systems to track inventory and manage order flow. This position requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a strong commitment to quality. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a warehouse environment, handling a variety of products, and contributing to the overall success of our logistics operations. We prioritize safety above all else, mandating the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and continuous training on safe work practices. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Label and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Verify order details against products picked.
- Operate scanning equipment and update inventory systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and surrounding area.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety protocols, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with receiving and stocking incoming inventory.
- Contribute to team goals and efficiency in the logistics department.
- Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role is preferred.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring lifting (up to 25 lbs).
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with scanning technology.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Familiarity with general logistics concepts.
