This highly visible position requires a proactive, analytical professional with strong commercial instincts and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment. You’ll be responsible for driving financial insights, developing sophisticated models, and partnering with leadership to support strategic initiatives and business growth.A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:Lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis activities to support strategic decision-makingBuild, maintain, and enhance detailed financial models to evaluate business performance and growth opportunitiesPartner with cross-functional teams to develop budgets, track performance, and identify key business driversAnalyze financial results and prepare clear, actionable insights and recommendations for senior leadershipPrepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reports, dashboards, and KPIsIdentify opportunities to streamline processes, improve reporting accuracy, and enhance forecasting toolsSupport ad-hoc analysis and strategic initiatives to drive business efficiency and profitabilityRequirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA a plus5+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, management consulting, or corporate financeAdvanced analytical and financial modeling skills; strong proficiency in Excel and BI/reporting toolsExcellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to distill complex data into clear insightsStrong business acumen and commercial instinctsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with the ability to work independentlyExperience in high-growth or technology-driven environments preferred (SaaS or hardware a plus)Benefits we offer:Competitive Medical, Dental, Vision.Company 401k Match.20 PTO days, Company paid holidays.Career growth as we scale across the US.Compensation:UVeye provides salary ranges that comply with the New Jersey State Law on salary transparency in job advertisements. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, qualifications, skills, location, education, and operational needs. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentives or other forms of compensation or benefits.
