Job Description

Our Paint Support team member plays a key role in keeping our paint department running efficiently by preparing parts before paint and ensuring finished parts are properly handled and labeled.

What You Will Do:

• Washes bodies for sanding and paint departments.
• Prepares bodies for paint and bedliner by blow drying, caulking, masking, and taping.
• Hang, prep, and wash parts prior to paint application.
• Inspect and safely take down painted parts and ensure proper labeling for the next stage of production.
• Assist with booth filter changes.
• Assist the final inspection process as needed.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help wherever needed

• Basic mechanical aptitude preferred

• Ability to lift, stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
