Job Title: Call Center Representative

Location: New York, NY 10004

Duration: 8-Week Contract With High Chances of Extension

Schedule: 8:00 AM-4:00 PM

Job Summary

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to provide support and ensure satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries and resolve complaints
• Provide basic technical support as needed
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Follow up on issues to ensure resolution
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
• Bilingual (as required by facility)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent active listening skills
• Effective problem-solving abilities
• Basic computer proficiency
