Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in our showroom to understand their renovation needs for kitchens and bathrooms.
• Focus on customers that need a full kitchen renovation or only a replacement countertop.
• Provide expert guidance on product selections, including cabinetry, countertops, and cabinet hardware; ensuring solutions align with clients’ aesthetic goals and budget.
• Utilize 20/20 Design software to create detailed layout plans that visualize project concepts clearly for clients.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and design solutions to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and upselling opportunities to maximize sales while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
