Our mission is clear: we aim to offer each child a diverse and tailored education in a safe, supportive environment. We believe in fostering self-discipline, inspiring learning, and encouraging aspiration and achievement.

Who We're Looking For

Are you an inspirational qualified teacher with a passion for working with vulnerable children? If you have experience across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 and a solid understanding of the National Curriculum in multiple areas—especially Functional Skills and Media, including Esports—we want to hear from you!

Your Role

As a Teacher at ISP School, you will:

  • Plan, prepare, and present lessons that cater to the diverse needs of your students.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • SEN experience, particularly with children who have SEMH and ASC needs.
  • A strong knowledge of the National Curriculum in multiple areas, ideally Science and Media, including Esports.
  • Excellent behaviour management skills.
  • A reflective approach to your practice.
  • A good understanding of therapeutic approaches to education.
  • The ability to adapt your teaching to meet the needs of all children.
  • A proven track record of delivering dynamic and engaging lessons.

As part of our commitment to safeguarding, the successful candidate will need to complete an enhanced DBS check, which will be covered by ISP School Battle.
