Location: Dallas, TX Required skills: * Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, AWS Lambda, AWS pinpoint or End User Message & Amazon Dynamo DB
Nice to have skills: * Service design with developer background and quick learning ability. * Experience with AWS customer engagement tools (Connect, Lex, etc.). * Configure contact flows and build reports in AWS Connect. * Integrate AWS Connect IVR with platforms using APIs and AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, etc.). * Hands-on experience with multiple AWS services, including at least two AI services. * Strong scripting skills and ability to implement AWS environments as code. * Automation-focused mindset; AWS certification is a plus.
