Job Description
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for advanced Microsoft Intune management across Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS Act as the L3 escalation point for complex issues from L1/L2 support teams Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) for device enrollment failures, policy conflicts, compliance issues, and application deployment problems Design, implement, and optimize the Intune environment for scalability, performance, and alignment with Zero Trust and organizational security standards Lead migration efforts from SCCM to Intune, including analysis of existing SCCM applications, policies, baselines, and collections Translate SCCM Configuration Baselines and Group Policy Objects (GPOs) into Intune configuration profiles, compliance policies, and app protection policies Leverage Microsoft Graph API and PowerShell for automation, configuration, reporting, and operational efficiency
