About
Plan and implement networking solutions for business needs, including LAN, WAN, and Intranet. Provide proactive IT support, network monitoring, and performance tuning. Participate in group design, product evaluations, and configurations. Support network hardware, software, and applications, including video conference equipment. Offer after-hours/on-call support and maintain relationships with service providers. Create high-quality network diagrams and documentation. Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed within the department. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience. Minimum 6 years of hands-on technical experience in enterprise network environments. Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.). Hands-on experience with standard cabling technologies and network device management. Proficiency in deploying LAN/WAN networks, including wireless networks. Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools. Advanced experience with Layer 2/3 switching and routing protocols. Proficiency in Cisco ISE, packet capture, and analysis. Analytic problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under tight timelines. Experience with ESXi Host/VMware virtual networks and ITIL/Jira/network automation is a plus.
