Role Overview
Are you ready to take on a pivotal leadership role as an Information Technology Manager, EMEA ? In this exciting position, you will oversee service delivery, system health, operational performance, and project execution within your department. Your mission? To inspire and guide a talented team, ensuring they are motivated, equipped, and aligned with our organizational goals while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
As you work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and senior leadership, you will become a trusted business relationship manager—translating business needs into actionable plans, prioritizing requirements, and ensuring seamless communication across the organization. Your strategic planning, budget administration, and implementation of standards will be crucial in supporting efficient system and project performance.
Your contributions will directly influence operational excellence, resource allocation, departmental planning, and the success of initiatives that align with Arrow’s broader technology and business objectives.
What You Will Be Doing:Manage a professional team, overseeing day-to-day performance, team operations, and service delivery standards.
Lead all aspects of staff management, including hiring, performance reviews, salary administration, career development, coaching, and team motivation.
Define team operating standards and ensure adherence to essential procedures based on your deep knowledge of the discipline.
Drive functional goals related to system health, service quality, performance metrics, and operational outcomes.
Provide technical guidance to employees, colleagues, and customers to support efficient operations and high-quality service.
Conduct systems analysis and design to support diverse projects and requests—covering data analysis, business process evaluation, and hardware/software considerations.
Develop program specifications and project estimates to support accurate planning and successful project delivery.
Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, supporting the direction, definition, and prioritization of business requirements.
Ensure clear communication and alignment between IT teams and business partners.
Create and manage departmental and project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and alignment with organizational goals.
Adapt departmental plans and priorities to address resource, operational, and business challenges.
An experienced people leader with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role or as a technical team lead.
Proven capability in managing teams, driving operational performance, and overseeing complex technical or business processes.
Strong analytical skills with experience in systems analysis, data modeling, and business process evaluation.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a consultative and collaborative approach to stakeholder management.
Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and adapt priorities in a dynamic environment.
A proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.
EMEA-based candidates are preferred.
