Working Pattern: 4 days on-site, 1 day wfh
Interview process: Typically 1 stage, however Client may request a 2nd stage if need be.
About the Role
We are looking for a Software Test Automation Engineer to join our System Validation team working on advanced ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) technology.
In this role, you will develop automated testing tools, frameworks, and validation environments used to test automotive systems such as cameras, ECUs, and domain controllers.
Instead of building these car features, your job is to build the systems that test them before they go into real vehicles.
Think of it as building the quality control system for smart car technology.
- Design and develop automated testing tools and frameworks
- Build and maintain test infrastructure and validation environments
- Troubleshoot issues within test systems and automation tools
- Integrate hardware and software components for testing
- Collaborate with global teams, OEM customers, and suppliers
- Document tools, participate in code reviews, and support continuous improvement
Experience with:
- Programming: Python, C++, Java
- Test tools: LabVIEW, TestStand, CANoe/CAPL, MATLAB
- Software development lifecycle and test automation
Nice to have:
- Automotive systems validation
- ISO26262 or Automotive SPICE knowledge
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or AI/data analytics tools
- Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Software Engineering, or similar
- 5+ years of experience in software testing, automation, or validation
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and collaboration skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Your job is to:
1⃣ Create software that feeds simulated road images into the camera system
2⃣ Run automated tests to check if lane detection works
3⃣ Log results and detect failures
Essentially, you build the automated testing factory for the product.
