Job Description
We are seeking a professional and personable Bi-Lingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. This Full-Time position available in the Westbury, NY location of a Dental Administration Office for the position of Customer Service Representative/Clerical Worker, working in our call center in Westbury, NY
35-40 hours per week
Work hours - 8:45 AM - 4:40 PM
This position is NOT REMOTE .
Training provided
Responsibilities
- Answer customer questions via phone, email, and in-person
- Verify eligibility, and breakdown of schedules
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions
- Review audits and/or policies
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive customer service
- Other diversified clerical duties.
Qualifications
- Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish)
- High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
