*The Opportunity* This role offers the ultimate work-life balance: a *4-day work week (Monday–Thursday)* and an incredibly low, manageable caseload so you can actually focus on quality therapy.
*Job Details*
* *Contract Dates:* August 10, 2026 – June 4, 2027
* *Schedule:* 4 Days/Week (Monday – Thursday) – Enjoy 3-day weekends all year!
* *Caseload:* Capped at just *30 students* (PreK–12th Grade).
*Key Responsibilities*
* Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments.
* Develop individualized IEPs and confidently present findings/goals.
* Provide high-quality direct therapy services to a diverse PreK-12 population.
* Collaborate seamlessly with teachers, staff, and families to support student success.
*Qualifications*
* Active Colorado Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) License and CDE Special Services Provider License.
* Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
* Previous school-based experience is preferred, but *strong candidates looking for a supportive environment are welcome to apply!*
Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
