West Midlands Swindon Devon/Exeter Slough/Watford What you'll be doing: Sales Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, generating leads and building relationships with potential clients in your region. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and satisfaction is maintained. Sales Presentations & Meetings: Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations with clients, promoting products and services while tailoring solutions to meet their needs. Negotiation & Closing: Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, negotiating pricing and terms to secure deals. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations. Sales Targets & Reporting: Meet and exceed sales targets, while providing regular updates on your sales activities and performance to the management team. Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback to help improve our products and services, ensuring we are always meeting client expectations. Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and services to effectively present them to potential clients. xbpsjku What you will need: Proven experience in field sales, B2B sales, or a similar role Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly Excellent negotiation and closing skills Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently Strong time-management and organisational skills Ability to travel to meet clients within your designated region A passion for delivering excellent customer service and exceeding targets A full UK driving license Why Join this company?
