Job Title: Field Support Engineer/ Network Engineer Location: philadelphia, PA (Day1 Onsite) Shift Timings- 5am - 1pm EST shift (Mon-Fri) Type: FTE Job Summary: The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge with desktop (review system logs / error messages, Windows and MacOS and app troubleshooting/fix etc.); network communication troubleshooting (IP. VPN, DNS etc.); printer troubleshooting (verifying firmware, driver etc.). Candidate must hold one of below certifications: Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST). Good to have JAMF Pro certification. Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Expert Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) The resource must be able to do the following: Intake & Triage Categorize the Issue Fix the easy stuff fast and Note how it was resolved. Structured Troubleshooting Resolution or Escalation User and DT team Communication and Follow-Up Documentation & Closure. The pay range for this role is $60,000 - $65,000* per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
