What You'll Do: Design and maintain robust backend systems using Golang to support the Base platform.
Leverage Kubernetes and Cloud services to automate and sustain our critical blockchain infrastructures.
Research and prototype innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency and scalability of blockchain clients.
What We Look For: 5+ years of experience in software or systems engineering.
Proven experience in developing and deploying scalable features within core backend systems.
Familiarity with modern infrastructure and systems design best practices.
Ability to produce high-quality, well-tested, and maintainable code.
Nice to Haves: Proficient in Golang, Geth, Foundry, Solidity, or other crypto-related tools.
Experience contributing to open-source crypto projects such as OP Stack or Base.
Knowledgeable about Kubernetes and cloud providers like AWS or GCP.

The targeted annual salary for this position ranges from $186,065 to $218,900 USD. Full-time offers also include bonus eligibility, equity opportunities, and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
