Minimum Qualifications: At least 8 years of experience in software engineering or a PhD with 4 years, including direct management of technical teams.
Demonstrated ability to recruit, build, and lead technical teams, with experience in performance management.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in coaching and mentoring software engineers to enhance their skill sets and career trajectories.
A minimum of 2 years managing a diverse team of engineers.
Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on experience managing the technical aspects of large-scale systems, algorithms, and tools within the Machine Learning field.
Public Compensation: $184,000/year to $257,000/year plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Industry:
