Summary:
The Applications Operations Analyst focuses on the operational support and continuous improvement of enterprise application environments, ensuring high availability, security, and performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day maintenance, patching, monitoring, and user support across critical systems, while also contributing to process improvement, documentation, and integration stability.

Key Responsibilities:
* Perform ongoing system maintenance, patching, and upgrades in coordination with change management procedures. * Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests in line with SLAs. * Support application deployments and participate in test validations. * Provide integration support across dependent systems and external vendors.
