Join Our Team as a Regional Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager!

Are you ready to make a significant impact in the world of manufacturing? As the Regional CI Manager , you will play a pivotal role in deploying our Lean Continuous Improvement (CI) strategy, enhancing Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Safety (QCDS) across our operations. Reporting directly to the Global CI Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving transformative change in our organization.

Your Mission:

In this dynamic role, you will:

  • Provide training, expertise, and direction for improvement activities that align with our enterprise goals.
  • Collaborate closely with the Global Operations Leadership Team and cross-functional partners to identify and implement cost-effective operational solutions.
  • Support our mission of delivering cleaner energy solutions through our renowned brands, including Cook Compression, Waukesha Bearings, and more.
What You’ll Bring:

We’re looking for a passionate leader with:

  • A Bachelor’s or preferably a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business Administration.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt and/or Lean certification, with additional qualifications like SME/AME/ASQ/Shingo Prizes being a plus.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Lean Transformation within a high-performing manufacturing environment.
  • A proven track record of building a culture of Continuous Improvement and executing Operational Excellence processes.
  • Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
Your Responsibilities:

As a Regional CI Manager, you will:

  • Strategy Deployment: Lead the execution of CI strategies and roadmaps, focusing on enhancing processes and systems to improve Gross Margin.
  • Influential Leadership: Provide CI training and coaching to frontline leaders, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Maintain KPI dashboards and visual management systems to support data-driven decision-making.
Working Conditions:

This role requires regular site visits to Glasgow and Ellesmere Port, with potential travel of up to 30% both domestically and internationally.
