About
This is a high-impact position focused on delivering enterprise-wide programs around *Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity & Access Management (IAM), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), *all critical to meeting compliance standards and strengthening the organization’s security posture.
You’ll act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, owning delivery across multiple infrastructure programs while helping shape the roadmap and champion the value of security investments across the enterprise.
*What You’ll Be Doing*
* Lead and deliver enterprise infrastructure and security programs, with a strong focus on PAM, IAM, and MFA initiatives
* Own end-to-end program execution across multiple workstreams, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and aligned to business goals
* Partner closely with executive stakeholders to drive alignment, influence decisions, and act as a trusted advisor
* Champion infrastructure initiatives by clearly articulating business value, risk, and ROI
* Manage complex, multi-phase rollouts including security protocol implementations and secure access programs
* Drive change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes
* Oversee vendor relationships, including contract negotiation and performance management
* Develop and present executive-level reporting, roadmaps, and project charters
* Identify risks early, proactively communicate, and drive mitigation strategies
* Coordinate cross-functional teams across infrastructure, security, and business units
*Key Initiatives You’ll Own*
* Enterprise-wide Security Protocol Implementation (PAM, MFA, compliance-driven initiatives)
* Secure connectivity and access programs
* Infrastructure support for office expansions and enterprise deployments
* Multi-site technology rollouts and infrastructure modernization efforts
*What We’re Looking For*
* 8–10+ years of Program Management experience within infrastructure and security domains
* Proven experience delivering PAM, IAM, and/or MFA programs at enterprise scale
* Strong background in infrastructure engineering (network, systems, or cloud) — you understand the tech and the process
* Track record of managing large, complex, multi-project programs
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including experience working with executive leadership
* Experience managing budgets, resources, and vendor relationships
* Strong ability to operate across Agile and Waterfall environments (infrastructure-heavy programs)
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical initiatives into business impact

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $152,000.00 - $171,000.00 per year
