About the Role
As a *Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT)* in our ER/ICU department, you will play a critical role in stabilizing and treating emergency patients while supporting our doctors and nursing team in a fast-paced environment.
Technicians at BAE are trusted to use their full skill set and are encouraged to grow clinically and professionally.
Responsibilities include:
* Emergency triage and patient stabilization
* Advanced nursing care for hospitalized ICU patients
* Anesthesia monitoring and procedural support
* Venipuncture, catheter placement and laboratory diagnostics
* Quality and kind client communication and compassionate patient care
* Collaboration with doctors and technicians during critical cases
What We’re Looking For
* Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT, LVT, or RVT)
* *Interest *or _experience _in emergency or critical care
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment
* Passion for patient care and continuous learning
Emergency experience is a plus, but *we are happy to train motivated technicians who want to grow and explore emergency medicine.*
Compensation & Benefits
* *$25–$32/hr depending on experience*
