About
Assists in all phases of customer service and sales operations. Communications with regional general manager, branch managers, field operations managers and outside sales personnel to coordinate certain projects. Provide sales support for assigned sales staff. Duties to include but not limited to, special order maintenance, job quotations, matrix pricing entry, special letter maintenance, customer service, and job tracking. Provide support for assigned branch managers including, special order processing, Goodman parts warranty ordering and customer follow through Place POs for directs/special order items Tracking PO ship dates on product out of stock Goodman/Amana PAP processing, builder programs, and Amana 22 programs Monitor damaged and slow dollars affecting branch and send out reports to BMs Analyze and report possible problems with old, open, and shipped transfers
