This is a hands-on Tech Lead role working on the systems that power global shipping, fulfilment and delivery at scale.

You’ll be leading technical direction for a small team while still writing plenty of code yourself. The platform is built around Scala microservices, running on Kubernetes in AWS, processing millions of transactions across global carriers and regions.
The focus here is:
- Owning architecture and technical decisions
- Keeping systems reliable, observable and scalable
- Being the go-to person when things get complex (or break)
You’ll still be very close to the codebase, designing services, reviewing code, debugging production issues, and improving how the team builds and operates software.
It’s 2 days per week in the Dublin office and works closely with product and engineering management.
