Join Our Trailblazing Crypto Security Team We are on the lookout for a talented Cryptography Solutions Architect to play a critical role in our Crypto Security Platform team. This is your chance to help shape the future of cryptographic services within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), including Oracle Health. Work with a diverse array of services as you help transition legacy systems to modern, robust solutions. Your Key Responsibilities Apply your deep understanding of cloud services architecture paired with a strong background in security.
Utilize your extensive architectural or Principal Engineering experience in Identity or Crypto from a leading Hyperscaler to successfully tackle the complexities of large-scale cloud service security.
Identify and resolve security challenges across our expanding global regions, focusing on critical areas such as crypto, identity, access, and permissions, while enhancing the security and reliability of our offerings.
What We Look For At least 15 years of experience in designing and managing large-scale, highly available distributed systems.
A solid background in security engineering, including network security, security protocols, and applied cryptography.
Proficiency in data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and core distributed systems concepts.
Understanding of databases, NoSQL systems, storage solutions, and distributed persistence technologies.
Capability to guide internal teams in building secure architectures and incorporating cutting-edge technologies.
Strong teamwork skills to evaluate security risks alongside internal architects and service teams, ensuring the highest security standards are met.
Experience in supporting security initiatives and architecture in complex organizational environments.
Education A bachelor's degree is preferable; advanced degrees are a plus but not required.
Salary and Benefits The salary for this position ranges from $161,700 to $338,500 annually, with the potential for bonuses, equity, and deferred compensation.
