Construction Director

A well-established property developer with a strong track record delivering large-scale residential, commercial and mixed-use developments across Ireland and the UK. With a significant landbank and an active pipeline of major developments, the business continues to expand its construction operations and invest in experienced leadership to support long-term growth.

A senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the delivery of multiple construction projects, ensuring programmes, budgets and quality targets are achieved. You will lead construction teams across several sites while working closely with senior leadership to drive project performance.

• Oversee delivery of large-scale residential and mixed-use developments
  
• Manage multiple project teams including site managers, engineers and project managers
  
• Set project programmes, performance targets and reporting structures
  
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
  
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants and subcontractors
  
• Monitor resources, construction programmes and site performance
  
• Provide regular project updates to senior leadership
  
• Support strategic planning for upcoming developments
  

• 
  
• Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering or similar
  
• Background with a main contractor or developer
  
• Experience delivering large-scale residential or high-rise developments
  
• Strong leadership experience managing multiple site teams

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  

Candidates currently working as Projects Director, Contracts Manager, Senior Project Manager or Construction Manager will also be considered.
