Job Title: Solution Architect – Digital Banking

Location: Dublin, Ireland (2–3 days onsite mandatory)

Employment Type: Contract (6 months to potential conversion)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with strong expertise in Digital Banking platforms to join our team in Dublin. This is a 6-month contract with potential conversion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing scalable, secure, and high-performance banking solutions, particularly in mobile banking and omni-channel platforms, while working closely with stakeholders in a multi-vendor environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver end-to-end solution architecture for digital banking platforms.
• Develop High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation.
• Architect scalable microservices-based solutions using modern technologies.
• Ensure compliance with Open Banking standards and banking application security requirements.
• Design high-performance, highly available systems for financial applications.
• Collaborate with development teams using Java and React-based platforms.
• Work with Azure cloud architecture to build and deploy secure solutions.
• Create architectural diagrams using , UML, and PlantUML.
• Provide technical leadership and support teams with hands-on coding when required.
• Engage with stakeholders across multiple vendors and business units to align on architecture and delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 15+ years of overall IT experience.
• 7+ years of experience working as a Solution Architect.
• Mandatory experience in Digital Banking solutions.
• Experience designing Mobile Banking and Omni-channel platforms.
• Strong understanding of Microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Java and React technologies.
• Expertise in architecture design patterns and system design.
• Experience with Open Banking frameworks and banking security standards.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure architecture.
• Proficiency in HLD/LLD creation and architectural documentation.
• Experience with , UML, and PlantUML.
• Ability to contribute to hands-on coding when required.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to work onsite in Dublin 2–3 days per week. xcfaprz
