The HR Data Analyst will support Boys & Girls Clubs of America by designing, implementing, and maintaining data-driven solutions that enhance HR processes. This role is responsible for developing audits, creating scorecards and dashboards to track key HR metrics, and analyzing workforce data to identify trends and opportunities. The Sr. HR Data Analyst will translate complex data into actionable insights for HR and senior leaders, collaborate on process improvements, assist with system transitions, and provide training on analytics tools and best practices to ensure data accuracy and empower the HR team. This position will partner to complete a comprehensive compensation assessment. Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing Create audit process/file to monitor employee deductions and vendor invoices Create an issues management scorecard to increase visibility to errors; include trending Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks and opportunities impacting talent and business outcomes Translate data into clear, actionable insights and narratives for HR and business leaders Design HR data dashboards to track key HR metrics Collaborate with HR to identify data-driven solutions for manual processes Develop and deliver training on HR analytics tools and best practices to HR team members Assist with the HRIS transition documenting business processes and conduct testing Support compensation and benefits cycles including managing and analyzing large data sets Qualifications
What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field required Minimum 35 years of progressive experience in HR analytics, payroll, benefits administration, Total Rewards, or financial/data reconciliation Demonstrated experience conducting complex payroll and benefits reconciliations, including deduction code analysis and vendor invoice review Experience supporting senior leadership with impact reporting and executive-level summaries Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data integrity Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to identify root causes of discrepancies and recommend corrective actions Process improvement mindset with experience building sustainable tracking and monitoring systems Clear and concise communicator with the ability to translate complex data findings into executive-ready summaries The hourly range for this role is between $50-$60.00/hr
