and your future. About the Job The Senior Digital Analyst plays a critical role in shaping and delivering Levi's digital experience strategy across
website
and mobile
app
. This role exists to embed robust data-driven decision making into the product development lifecycle,
optimising
customer
journeys
and driving measurable commercial outcomes. The analyst will act as the primary analytics partner for the
Senior Product Manager, Head of Site Experience,
and
VP of E-commerce,
owning the digital analytics roadmap, leading experimentation, and setting best practice in measurement and technical implementation. Key Responsibilities: Lead digital analytics strategy and roadmap:
Define and
p
rioritise
analytics projects that deliver meaningful impact to product, digital
experience
and commercial outcomes. Proactively
identify
optimisation
opportunities and lead end-to-end analytics throughout each project.
Deliver end-to-end digital insights:
Deliver deep-dive analyses on customer journeys, web and app
behaviour
, and conversion funnels,
translating
findings into clear, actionable recommendations. Work with business stakeholders to test,
implement
and
monitor
recommendations.
Lead experimentation:
Design and evaluate robust A/B tests and multivariate experiments across web and app touchpoints. This will involve defining KPIs, tracking,
analysing
, and effectively communicating findings and recommendations.
Develop segmentation and modelling solutions:
Build customer segmentations and predictive models to drive
personalisation
and targeting across digital journeys.
Partner with senior stakeholders:
Be a trusted advisor to product, UX and commercial teams. Partner defining KPIs and
provide
insights to inform long term strategies.
Champion data culture:
Promote analytics capability and mindset across the business. Upskill teams through training, documentation, and informal coaching.
Team Leadership:
Shape the long-term vision and resourcing strategy for the Digital Analytics team at Levi's Europe, supporting its growth and evolution. While the role does not initially include direct line
management
it will involve
identifying
future
capability needs, and helping to build a high-performing, collaborative analytics team as needed.
About You Bachelor's degree in
a quantitative
discipline (
e.g.
Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Business Analytics)
3-5 years of experience in digital/product analytics, ideally in e-commerce or consumer brands
Strong
expertise
in web and app analytics
Advanced SQL and Python
Experience designing and
analysing
experiments (A/B, MVT)
Proven
track record
of building and deploying customer segmentation frameworks and predictive models
Proficiency
in dashboarding tools (Looker, Tableau, or equivalent)
Experi
ence developing analytics roadmaps and
prioritising
workstreams to align with strategic goals
Excellent commercial understanding and ability to influence business decisions through data, translating insights into clear recommendations
Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate complex technical findings to a non-technical audience.
Comfortable presenting to senior leadership and shaping cross-functional strategies
Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset to constantly
identify
new commercial opportunities and risks

office. You will be expected to be in the office three days per week, though time in office may vary depending on business needs. The expected starting salary range for this role
is
£
54.000
-
£
72.000
per year. The amount

employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications,
