What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • A strong educational background, with at least GCSE Grade C or equivalent in English Language and Mathematics.
  • Previous experience in a similar role (e.g., HLTA) and working with pupils with SEMH.
  • Confidence to take on additional responsibilities in areas such as Food Hygiene, Forest School, or School Yoga.
  • Experience in behavior management techniques.
  • A commitment to professional development and a willingness to learn.
What We Offer

Joining our team means you’ll enjoy:

  • A workplace that prioritizes emotional health and wellbeing for everyone.
  • Support for your professional development through a variety of opportunities.
  • The chance to make a significant impact on the lives of vulnerable children.
  • A friendly and inclusive team dedicated to improving outcomes.

As part of our commitment to safeguarding, the successful candidate will be required to complete an enhanced DBS Check, which will be covered by Polaris Community.

If you’re ready to embark on a rewarding journey with us, we encourage you to apply! At Polaris Community, we celebrate diversity and are proud to be an equal opportunities employer.
