Job Overview We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Lead Technical Coach to drive the analysis, design, testing, development, and maintenance of top-tier software experiences. This individual's role encompasses collaboration across teams and the organization while maintaining high standards to ensure a superior customer experience. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the Agile software development lifecycle and DevOps principles. Key Responsibilities: Coach teams in the adoption and implementation of DevOps practices in a Dojo-style environment, working closely with individual teams and stakeholders. Act as a change agent by setting the vision for DevOps success and providing leadership on removing obstacles. Mentor scrum team members, including Scrum Masters, Product Managers, and executives, in leveraging DevOps principles and engineering methodologies. Facilitate training sessions on DevOps practices and perform evaluations of existing processes to recommend improvements. Drive cultural change by integrating Agile, DevOps, and product mindsets in daily activities and keeping the teams focused on product goals. Serve as a subject matter expert, modeling DevOps behaviors and standards for the team. Understand and coach teams on how to harmonize DevOps, Agile, and product development for optimal results. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Five to six years of relevant experience in software engineering or a related field. Preferred Skills and Experience: Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, and programming languages including Java, Python, .NET, GoLang, and JavaScript frameworks. Professional coaching certification or equivalent experience. Security certifications and experience in security policy creation, automation, threat modeling, and access management. Familiarity with system development lifecycle (SDLC) and process improvement techniques. Extensive experience in Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban, alongside relevant support tools. Experience in teaching and coaching Agile, DevOps, and engineering practices across teams. Demonstrated success in leading Agile transformations. Strong communication skills and ability to influence leadership. Experience in immersive learning environments. Work Location: This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three or more days a week. The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which can differ based on the role's location. This position offers a pay range of $119,765.00 - $140,900.00, along with a comprehensive benefits package boosting financial peace and recognition.
