About

I2T is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to support our growing team in Pittsburgh. Responsibilities Design Electrical systems for industrial equipment Panel Layout design NFPA/NEC/IEEE compliance Generate drawings and documentation Ensure design adheres to industrial codes and customer requirements Travel to customer facilities for installation and support Qualifications BSEE/EET or equivalent is required. Experience with CAD software and electrical design tools. AutoCAD Electrical Preferred Hands-on experience with electrical wiring and troubleshooting is required. Industry experience with automation equipment and/or manufacturing environments beneficial. 3-5 years of industry experience. US Citizenship Skills Strong understanding of electrical systems, components, and design principles Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions during design and implementation efforts Capability to size motors and amplifiers for projects Experience with industrial robots is beneficial Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
