Site Manager (Timber Frame)

Our Client, a top developer, requires a Site Manager for a residential building project in Dungarvan, Waterford.

The candidate will be capable of overseeing residential projects to the highest industry standards.

• 
  
• Supervise and coordinate trades on-site.
  
• Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
  
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
  
• Monitor progress and ensure deadlines are met.
  
• Conduct site inspections and resolve any issues that arise.
  
• Maintain strict compliance with pharmaceutical construction requirements.
  

• 
  
• Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential projects.
  
• Strong knowledge of green field to finish
  
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  
• Strong commitment to health & safety regulations.
  
• Immediate availability is essential.
