Neo Fintech Labs is a fast-growing financial technology company with over ten years of experience building and maintaining a bespoke banking and treasury platform.
We have set aggressive targets for the company to meet in 2026 and have invested in a growth phase to ensure they are met.
As part of our team growth, we are looking for a Project Coordinator to provide oversight and organisation to the technical team, as well as help plan for the next phase.
We are a fully remote team, distributed across the UK, working to Scrum methodology using Agile development practices.
*Role Overview *
As our Project Coordinator, your role will be to enable the technical team to run the project smoothly by tracking progress, following up on outcomes, and helping to resolve any blockers impeding the team.
You will also need to work with the Product Owner and technical leads to make sure that new requirements are captured and documented clearly and comprehensively, so that the technical teams have everything they need to take the requirements to completion.
You will help the Product Owner to prioritise work as effectively as possible, while also reporting on the outcomes of each sprint planning done by the technical team.
*Key Responsibilities & Requirements *
* Monitor progress on the project and provide regular status updates
* Track sprint planning outcomes and report on sprint outcomes
* Follow up with team members to get task updates
* Identify and track any issues or blockers, and gather the information needed to resolve them
* Organise and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record key decisions
* Clarify unclear requirements with the Product Owner and business stakeholders
* Prepare a monthly report showing progress and team productivity
* Capture new business requirements and document external knowledge
* Help the technical team make any changes to documentation that help with SDLC or understanding
