Senior Project Manager

Due to continued expansion we are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with proven experience in civil engineering for new projects we have starting in Co. Kildare / South Dublin.

• Responsible for project management of Infrastructure and RC Frame on new Civils project in Co. Kildare.
• Liaising with various staff and senior stakeholders such as clients, sub-contractors, Senior Engineer, Foreman and Quantity Surveyor.
• Report into Contracts Manager to ensure the site programme meets the budget and commercial objectives.
• Planning out weekly work programmes as well as producing weekly reports on the progress of the project.
• Attend and chair weekly management meetings.
• Manage the site team ensuring that key milestones are met.
• Involvement in all aspects of project, from feasibility, constraints, preliminary design, public consultation, statutory procedures, procurement, contracts, detailed design, and contract administration.
• Motivate & inspire the team and the wider business to achieve and exceed targets.
• Constantly reinforce the health & safety culture, striving for an accident-free site.

• Must have a civil engineering degree or relevant qualification.
• 5+ years Project Management experience.
• Experienced in RC Concrete, Civil Engineering, Utilities & Groundworks.
• Clear, concise, and user-friendly writing skills.
• A proven track record working closely in partnership with clients and contractors.
• A proactive approach with an ability to adapt to changing scenarios. xcfaprz
