About
- Drive engineering changes within a regulated framework including the associated V&V, process and implementation activities required.
- Own part and component obsolescence changes.
- Drive cross-functional root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), coordinating with quality, suppliers, and manufacturing teams.
- Own delivery of technical solutions that enhance product reliability.
- Provide technical support to manufacturing operations for electrical/electronic assemblies, PCBs, and embedded systems.
- Perform component-level failure analysis of PCBAs to support production and field returns to determine root cause.
- Support of design changes related to electronic manufacturing test systems, including ICT, flying probe, test equipment and automated test systems.
- Experience working effectively with manufacturing, quality, supply chain and external partners.
- Experience with design for manufacturability (DFM)
- PCB design experience with a good understanding of design concepts and component selection
- Knowledge of power electronics, sensing and control circuitry, cabling routing, computing hardware and integration
- Good understanding of EMC, and methods to eliminate electronic interference
- Hands-on experience with component-level diagnostics tools (electrical test bench equipment).
- Knowledge of electronic and mechanical CAD design tools.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience. Consideration will also be given to individuals with alternative degrees if balanced by relevant technical experience.
- Experience in electrical/electronic engineering, preferably in a regulated environment
- Proven track record in problem-solving and root cause analysis in production settings
- Track record in supplier collaboration and component lifecycle management
- Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills. xcfaprz
