Landscape Maintenance Foreman

Job Description

Weedman is a highly successful commercial landscape maintenance company. We operate solely in Northern Virginia at three different locations. We pride ourselves on delivering quality service in a courteous fashion.Our pay and benefits are tops in the industry. All members of our Landscape Team earn between $48,000 and $58,000 per year, dependent on your position and experience.

Responsibilities Include: 

• Monitor lawn and landscape quality

• Perform seeding and aeration (removal of small soil plugs from the ground)

• Perform grass fertilization processes

• Mulch and fertilize flower beds

• Prune and trim small trees and shrubs

• Control and prevent weeds, insects and diseases

• Perform Integrated Pest Management (IPM) using mechanical, organic and chemical controls

• Manage client questions and concerns

• Train and supervision lawn technicians

• Assist with marketing projects

• Maintain supplies and inventory

Ideal Candidates should have:

• 2 recent years of direct landscape maintenance experience

• Tough and Physically Fit

• Strong work ethic.

• Experience with irrigation systems helpful
