£400 per day (Outside IR35)

6-12 Month Contract | 2-3 Days a Week in London | Hybrid Working

The Role:

As the IT Service Delivery Manager, you will oversee and ensure the efficient delivery of IT services. This hands-on role will focus on managing relationships with third-party service providers, driving continuous service improvements, and ensuring operations remain secure, resilient, and value driven.

Your Key Responsibilities:

· Manage IT service delivery across the organization, ensuring alignment with business needs.

· Drive Service Management & Operations, ensuring SLAs are met and performance is optimized.

· Oversee third-party Supplier and Vendor Management, building collaborative partnerships.

· Lead Service Integration and Management (SIAM) initiatives for seamless service delivery.

· Drive Continuous Service Improvement to enhance operations and customer satisfaction.

· Manage Service Transition, ensuring smooth implementation of new or updated IT services.

· Conduct Risk Management and Service Continuity Planning to ensure resilience.

· Use data analysis to monitor performance and inform strategic decisions.

· Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to ensure IT services meet expectations.

About You:

· 4-5 + years of experience in IT Service Delivery or Service Management roles.

· Strong knowledge and practical application of the ITIL framework.

· Proven experience managing relationships with third-party service providers.

· Expertise in service transition, risk management, and service continuity.

· Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.

· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
