Job Title: End User Support Engineer Location: 135 Bishopsgate, City of London, London EC2M 4NR, UK Presence: 100% onsite Type: Contract – Inside IR35 Duration: 6 months Job Description: Role Scope:

  • To execute continuous improvement activities, work on root cause analysis, and provide technical assistance to resolve customer issues. Key Responsibilities:
  • To troubleshoot and resolve critical and complex tickets.
  • To create the root cause analysis for critical issues/faults (hands on working).
  • To implement any necessary preventive measures to reduce future defects.
  • To provide technical assistance to the team members in resolving customer issues.
