IT Systems Administrator Knutsford (Office-Based 4 Days, Work From Home on Friday) £40k + Excellent Benefits

We are currently seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator for a fantastic opportunity with a well-established, growing company based in Knutsford. This is a full-time, office-based role with the flexibility to work from home on Fridays. The successful candidate will be joining a company that has been operating for over 20 years and is a leader in its field. This is a varied and rewarding role offering a salary of £40k along with a competitive benefits package.

Duties & Responsibilities

Manage and monitor daily firewall security, Bitdefender, and backup systems. Perform routine checks on event logs and manage cloud and Shadow Copies backup monitoring. Oversee Microsoft 365 administration, user onboarding, and Windows environment permissions. Administer Active Directory (AD), DNS/DHCP/IP, and printer management. Handle software deployments, inventory management, and SQL data migrations.

What Experience is Required

Proven experience managing firewalls, backup systems, and cloud-based environments. Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS/DHCP/IP management, and Windows patching. Experience with Microsoft 365, SQL data migrations, and deploying software using PDQ.
