Central Bristol Location - Hybrid Working £120k - £130k + Generous Share Scheme + Private Healthcare Post Series-A Mission Driven Startup moving closer towards profitability

Reporting Into: CEO, whilst working closely w/ VP of Product

If you're local to Bristol, and on the lookout for a fulfilling and exciting challenge within Engineering Leadership… this role will give you the chance to scale a purpose-driven platform whilst leading a high performing engineering team!

We're looking for someone who is going to have an on-site presence within their Bristol office, so if you have an appetite for coming into the office and working in a highly collaborative environment then this is definitely for you. They offer tons of flexibility but this is definitely not a remote position.

Experience Needed:

✔ Experienced leading teams within B2B SaaS environment

✔ Stakeholder management experience at an Enterprise level

✔ Technically credible/background within software engineering/technology

✔ Experienced in leading engineering function of 10-50+ people, including directly managing Tech Leads

✔ Comfortable diving into architecture reviews, code discussions or debugging with team

✔ Passion for best engineering practices & embedding security principles

✔ Strong personal interest in impact-driven/ethical work

✔ All round good egg!

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Owning/building/setting the Engineering Culture

🔹 Line Management of 5 Tech Leads & coaching the wider engineering team

🔹 Setting the ongoing technical vision & architecture

🔹 Delivery & Execution

🔹 Cross-functional collaboration & stakeholder management
