Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as an Architect where you will leverage your expertise in IBM Workload Scheduler Administrator / Infrastructure Engineer to design and implement innovative solutions. With a hybrid work model you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system efficiency and drive business success. Your contributions will play a pivotal role in advancing our technological capabilities and achieving organizational goals.
In this role, you will:
· Design and develop scalable architecture solutions that meet business requirements and enhance system performance
· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications
· Implement IBM Workload Scheduler solutions to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency
· Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and recommend improvements to enhance functionality
· Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure successful project delivery
· Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal operation
· Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all architectural designs
· Develop and maintain documentation for architecture processes and solutions
· Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies
· Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on current systems
· Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills
· Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest advancements in technology
· Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making to align architecture with business objectives
What you need to have to be considered
· Possess a strong background in IBM Workload Scheduler Administrator with proven experience in designing and implementing solutions
· Administer and support IBM Workload Scheduler (IWS / Tivoli) environments.
· Demonstrate expertise in system analysis and architecture development
· Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
· Have a solid understanding of industry standards and best practices in architecture
· Show proficiency in documentation and technical writing to support architecture processes
· Display strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
· Maintain a commitment to continuous learning and professional development
· Bring a strategic mindset to align architectural solutions with business goals
· Possess excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
· Demonstrate leadership qualities to guide and mentor team members
· Exhibit adaptability to work in a hybrid model and manage multiple priorities effectively
· Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in architecture roles with a focus on IBM Workload Scheduler
· Hold a relevant degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The hourly salary for this position is between $(115,500 -133,000) depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
